Shipping/Returns & Exchanges

Our shipping cost is $10 for standard delivery or $15 express post within Australia.

International postage is calculated at checkout.

These prices include a tracking number or a signature on delivery for our domestic customers.

Upon dispatch, your tracking details will be emailed to you. Please keep these handy for checking on your order.

While we endeavor to have your order dispatched as soon as possible please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your order. 

While most our items are ready to post, we do have a few items that may be on pre order or are made to order by us and this means your order could take 1-2 weeks to be processed. 

Please note that on occasion, this time frame may be delayed - eg; school holidays, public holidays etc.

Orders are sent from Townsville North Queensland.

International customers LNM The Label take no responsibility for any customs related charges associated with their country. 

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind. If there is a fault with your product, we will happily replace the item, including return postage. If you have ordered the wrong size, we will gladly exchange your item, with these conditions:

 Postage back to us, and postage for the new product is at your own expense.

The product must be received in it’s original condition unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with any tags attached. Your item will be inspected before an exchange is issued.

We do not offer exchange on sale items.
